Exhibitor Information

To reserve a booth or request more information, please retum the Vendor Planning Questionnaire or contact the HEEP Exhibit Coordinator Judy Thomas or call 515-294-1866. 

Once a booth has been reserved, that booth will be designated as “reserved” and the company's name will be added in the Booth Listing on the Conference website.

The exhibitor will have 15 working days from the date of the reservation confirmation to pay for the booth(s). Specific booths will only be guaranteed once a check is received by Iowa HEEP. Booth location will be on a first come, first served basis.

Reminder for Vendors: Each vendor with a booth in the vendor area must have at least one person registered as a Full Vendor for the conference.
